Aging workforce requires new thinking for learning design

Now its not just the rock stars like Mick and Keith that keep working into their 70's!

As the change in working age retirement starts to filter through the number of people over 60 still in the workforce is increasing. This population is not considered as disabled, however, they are differently able to counterparts 30 years younger. As we age unfortunately our senses change, eyesight is not so keen, hearing range changes, and joints stiffen. Learning design needs to take this into consideration.
