Sukhvinder Pabial, One Housing Group
I take a very cut-throat approach to L&D activity. This isn’t the same as discounting our current practise, nor does it mean I’m not susceptible to the same pressures. It means I accept the reality I’m facing, and I’m moving the goalposts for everything else. Sounds scary, right? Well here’s what we’ll focus on for the webinar:
- Taking a critical look at the default approach from L&D
- What does peer-based learning look like?
- How do we cultivate it to happen?
- Does it matter if we don’t do it?
- What other ideas does this invite?
