Charles has 6 years’ experience of helping large-scale and enterprise customers modernize their IT infrastructure, to change working behaviors and encourage smarter, collaborative working. Focusing largely on Microsoft technologies, Charles has spent the majority of this time heavily entrenched in Office 365 & Azure transformation projects which of course, includes changing user behavior through effective Learning & Development.
