I am currently faced with a huge challenge at work. Most of our managers lead a i) culturally diverse and ii) geographically disperse team, and they have expressed major concerns being unable to face this challenge. My role as L&D manager is to support them to overcome this obstacle. One way of doing this, would create an online global team building intervention.
