Sorry... I'm not checking email much these days as I'm on maternity leave.
Did you by chance contact Margo directly? She is in a position to process a visa payment I believe, where I am not, for an international purchase.
If you don't reach her and have a US checking account, I could send you one of my spare copies and give Margo the check. She lives in my town. She sells the CD for $90 US.
