About me:

I'm a training and performance consultant. Current role is Managing Director of Chesterfield-based Optimum Learning Ltd, and I am recent Past Chairman of the E-Learning Network. I've spent many years working within some of Europe’s major organisations as analyst and instructional designer. I am a tutor and co-designer of The CIPD's Certificate in Blended Leanring, and I manage online tutoring for many of the CIPD’s Advanced Certificate courses. I frequently forget to keep my head below the parapet, and so I have been much published, often present face-to-face and online, and am track chair at LT 2009. Married 32 years (will it last, I wonder?) with 2 big, grown-up kids. I live in a pleasant Derbyshire village, adore Lancashire CCC and worship Man United!
