Experience of addressing the skills mismatch between the supply of graduates and the demand of the ICT sector. One project involved providing expert advice on ICT occupational standards that could be adopted in Jordan, including a framework that would validate the skills and profiles required by the ICT sector. The project was part of a wider initiative led by the International Finance Corporation (IFC)’s ‘Education for Employment’ initiative focused on improving employment opportunities for graduates across the Arab world.
