About me:
Luca is half Italian and half Belgian and lives in London with with his Argentinean wife. After graduating from a European Business degree (Bordeaux and Portsmouth Business Schools) in 2002, he started working for a boutique consulting company specialised in Executive Education. In 2011, he quit his job to relocate to Singapore where he set up Accelerance in June 2011.

Accelerance is a leadership and organisation development consulting firm composed of former General Managers as well as heads of Leadership Development and Organisation Development from a cross-section of leading organisations. What sets us apart from our competitors is our operating model: we reject traditional organisation charts and hierarchies in favour of a client centric, team-based model designed to unleash entrepreneurialism, creativity and group problem solving.
