Use of AI in learning is widely discussed in our industry and landed at #2 in Donald Taylor’s survey of the biggest learning trends this year. However, how many of us can describe a practical implementation of AI that is possible today? One individual that can is Henrietta Palmer, from TUI Learning.
In this webinar, join Henrietta and Learning Pool’s Callum Gilbanks, for the story of this implementation and the successes AI has helped Henrietta to achieve...
What challenge did TUI face that led to the use of AI?
How did Henrietta and Callum align this challenge with Learning Pool’s next generation strategy?
What does AI take to implement?
How exactly do learners experience the AI solution?
What results did AI achieve for Henrietta?

Henrietta has over 20 years of experience of delivering digital learning solutions, first as an Account Manager, then Key Account Director, for clients in the travel industry, financial services, NHS and the Public sector. For the past 12 years Henrie has worked for TUI, to drive the digital learning strategy. Starting with just one programme and a blank sheet of paper, her multi-award winning team now focus on complex digital learning needs, which has led her to launching two successful AI driven programmes in the past year alone.

Making personalized, collaborative learning a reality
Joel Hellermark, CEO & Founder, Sana Labs

Collaboration and personalisation are two trends that dominate contemporary thinking about workplace learning.

Collaborative learning involves synchronous, interactive live sessions with groups of learners, and is powered by social dynamics and community.

Personalization focuses on self-paced instruction that responds to the unique needs of every learner, and is powered and scaled by AI.

Is it possible to combine these two? According to Joel it is. In this session, he will explore what it means to combine these two approaches in entirely new ways—using social dynamics to increase engagement while responding to each learner’s needs to improve learning outcomes. Join us to explore the exciting possibilities of personalized, collaborative learning.
