Driving organisational performance using learning dashboards
Toby Gilchrist & Rob McKenzie, Creative Account Manager and Product Manager, Digits
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are core to every organisation and provide people from all levels of the organisation with a simple way to view the information that they need, which is key to driving compliance.
Kia use incentives to drive participation in their award-winning training programme and it is essential for them that everyone in the organisation has immediate access to the KPI performance for their area. Kia use dashboards that were developed by Digits’ award winning learning platform glo™. They provide a clear visual way of viewing the data that means that individuals, managers, area managers and administrators all know where they are compliant and which areas need development. This means that there are never any surprises when year-end comes.
In this webinar, we will be looking at how our clients can configure the dashboard functionality within gloTM learning platform to:
- Define which KPIs are measured and who they apply to.
- Show different content based on who is viewing the dashboard.
- Provide the ability to drill down through the dashboards to view more detailed information.
- Prompt users that they are coming up for renewal or are overdue on their learning using visualisation or alerts.
- Provide follow-up communications to promote continuous learning
