The equation that sums up people engagement, innovation and productivity is simple:

Right people + right skills + right place + right time + right motivation = People Engagement, Innovation and Productivity, or PEIP.

Most business and organization leaders will tell you this is the equation they are looking to solve, day in and out, but the answer is both complex and elusive. Getting all the pieces in alignment across large groups of people in a consistent manner is almost like searching for the Holy Grail. It’s not just leaders that are looking for this Holy Grail, but also the people that make up these complex organizations. They too want this equation solved. To make what they do, day in/day out more interesting and rewarding (and fun).

Think of the possibilities for people and organizations (and entire nations) if the equation was regularly in balance; solved on daily, or even hourly basis. Then throw in constantly emerging technologies that give people ever more powerful tools to improve their productivity: we turbo charge our work and our future.
