Imogen Casebourne
As Director of Learning, Imogen works with the learning design team to ensure that LEO's learning solutions remain cutting edge and evidence-based. Imogen also plays a key role in LEO’s thought leadership programme and undertakes research and consultancy for LEO’s clients. Imogen has a particular interest in multi-device learning and started designing mobile solutions in 2005, creating a number of successful personal digital assistant (PDA) courses and educational mobile games. More recently she has designed solutions for tablets and smartphones and led the team that won gold for ‘Best Use of Mobile Learning’ at the E-Learning Awards in 2012. Imogen published a report on mobile learning for the UK National Health Service (NHS) in 2012 and in 2013 she conducted case study research focusing on mobile learning for the eLearning Guild. She is currently studying part time for a Doctorate in Education at the University of Oxford.
Andrew Joly
Andrew has worked at the front line of communications, learning and technology since 1989. His career has evolved with the learning and technology industry since its inception and he has been critical in designing, developing and delivering many of the ground-breaking learning and technology initiatives that have come out of the UK in the last two decades. His highly influential roles have stretched from Producer/Director of some of the first multimedia learning materials at Blackrod Interactive in the early 90s, via Commissioning Editor of learning media and games at the BBC, hands on brand consultancy at Wolff Olins, to leading design at LINE Communications for 13 years. As Director of Strategic Design at LEO, Andrew focuses on his passion: how technology blends can genuinely transform learning and performance in business, and making a difference to learners, teams and organisations by realising that transformation in global business today.
