Tom is passion about learning, people and the world of work and the challenges and opportunities organisations face. Tom aims to be strategic and trusted adviser in his role at CrossKnowledge, to understand and challenge his clients needs, the landscape they face, the competitive marketplace they operate in and how they can develop a learning strategy to help them win. Diverse experience working in house, as a consultant and as a provider. Tom's experience has includes working on talent changes in China for Capgemini in a fast and rapidly growing IT environment. To working on global multimillion pound sponsorship programmes for Cisco for the Shanghai 2010 World Expo and the London 2012 Olympics. Experienced within the international context i.e. working oversea and leading cross-cultural cross-functional teams, 5 years living & working in China (PRC), plus 18 months working between London & Paris. China remains of particular interest due to her size, economic challenges & opportunities, plus her history & culture. Outside of work, Tom is a passionate volleyball player and is part of one of London’s biggest LGBT volleyball clubs in London Spikers Knights.
