Constance Rotival, Teacher, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program
Mindfulness has entered the mainstream in various parts of the world. There are many different approaches to teach Mindfulness and only one way to experience it. So, if you decide to be mindful, it is not a matter of switching it on or off depending on your environment. Which raises the question of how can one integrate Mindfulness in the work place?
Constance Rotival is a qualified teacher of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program (Center for Mindfulness, UMASS Medical School). Prior to her teaching, Constance worked over 20 years in Finance starting with 4 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She then worked 10 years at Morgan Stanley in London, followed by 7 years at PIMCO. She holds a MSFS in International Finance and Trade from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Econometrics from Brown University.
