Proven methods to enhance your learning design creativity
Rob Hubbard, Managing Director, LearningAge Solutions
In the fast-paced working environments of today it can be hard to find time for creativity. There is always a deadline looming or something else screaming for our attention. The trouble is that much of our success, both as individuals and organisations, depends on creative problem solving and innovation. Without a creative spark the learning solutions we design become formulaic, uninspiring and ineffective. In this session we will:
- Explore the creativity of the group as part of an on-going piece of research.
- Discover what makes people more and less creative
- Consider types of innovation and pattern matching of the human brain
- Learn some practical techniques to enhance your creativity
- Consider the next steps to take
