Revolutionising the Digital Learning Experience
David Perring, Director of Research, Fosway Group
Is e-learning is dead? The latest research suggests 'traditional' e-learning is on its way
out...But rather than trying to breathe life back into Frankenstein, we have an opportunity
with the next generation of digital learning to create experiences that everyone loves and
bring fresh life into people development. David Perring, director of research at analyst
Fosway Group, is here to share research and insights based on joint research with over
1300 members of the Learning and Skills Group, on why we need to start thinking about
learning experiences to truly embed digital into what we do. This session will include:
- How L&D budgets and skill sets are changing with the growth of digital
- Who’s really using what technologies today (and what you’ll be using tomorrow)
- Why managing innovation is so important (and how to tackle it!)
- The implications for your current learning systems and content
- How the learning cycle can help create continuous learning experiences and deliver a
digital learning mindset
