We are all so familiar today with social media, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram etc.. We love sharing and finding out about the lives and happenings of others! The challenge for Bromford was to create a social environment within the workplace that engaged their employees and connected them on all levels, creating a ‘love sharing, love learning’ environment. In this webinar we will share how we met our goals.

  • How to get started with workplace social media
  • The power and benefits of workplace social media
  • Do employees really want it?
  • What successful social collaboration looks like
  • Key factors that enable a successful social media environment

Matt Cox

Over the last five years I have created a buzz about colleague learning & development across the business whilst encouraging colleagues to adopt the 70 20 10 model of learning and providing the tools to support the development and performance of colleagues. By introducing a linked performance management and personal learning development with a social learning collaboration culture, I have created an environment where colleagues become job ready, supporting their own career aspirations, while ensuring Bromford stays ahead of the game and innovative.

Making personalized, collaborative learning a reality
Joel Hellermark, CEO & Founder, Sana Labs

Collaboration and personalisation are two trends that dominate contemporary thinking about workplace learning.

Collaborative learning involves synchronous, interactive live sessions with groups of learners, and is powered by social dynamics and community.

Personalization focuses on self-paced instruction that responds to the unique needs of every learner, and is powered and scaled by AI.

Is it possible to combine these two? According to Joel it is. In this session, he will explore what it means to combine these two approaches in entirely new ways—using social dynamics to increase engagement while responding to each learner’s needs to improve learning outcomes. Join us to explore the exciting possibilities of personalized, collaborative learning.
