In the age of knowledge sharing and collaboration, workplace learning is no longer just about knowledge transfer. There is therefore a need for a new generation of workplace learning practices that are much broader than just training. In this session Jane Hart will :

 

  • review the evidence that shows how the way we learn at work is changing
  • consider the importance of the enterprise social networks that are emerging
  • describe the new workplace learning practices that are evolving
  • identify the new roles for the workplace learning professional
  • highlight the importance of walking the social talk
