  • One of the business games I am particular fond of is the "TacTic Travel" game.

    The focus is to put the customer as the central point in the organisation. Easily said than done but how do you bring this across in a easy to understand and to grasp format?

    I have seen it work, have delivered it myself and I found this game really suited as a kick-off for change projects, to stimulate buy in for Customer Relationship Management tools, for collaboration, etc.
