HiI read an article this morning that was discussing the increase in video chat using tools such as Skype. With online conferencing and delivery tools such as Adobe Connect, WebEx and GotoMeeting offering video support I was wondering how many organisations are using video support when delivering training online.If so what sort of feedback have you received?Does it add value?Make it more engaging?Was is one way e.g view facilitator only or where participants can be seen as well?Or.......is it actually a distraction?Any thoughts or experiences both as a facilitator or as a participant would be appreciated and interesting to hearThanks
