Following a recent team meeting some newer members discussed what development is out there to raise design capability. Not necessarily using design tools by Adobe or graphic design tools. I think some of this does link to gaps in the use of word and powerpoint so this can be easily addressed. Does anyone know of any other development e.g OU, NVQ? Anything specific to training design would be fantastic but not essential.Thanks Mike
