I've just read an article suggesting that digital media (including blogging and twitter) is to become part of the national curriculum in primary school education.Apart from causing uproar amongst the education tradionalists the thought that sprang to my mind was: If our 5-11 year olds are to start learning about digital media and networking and therefore I'm sure becoming experienced digital natives by the age of 12, what will their needs be as learners in higher education or in the workplace.I know a few discussions have been around this sort of thing and what the learning environment will look like in 10-15 yrs and beyond, but it's food for thought isn't itMike
