About me:

I have been a trainee as a middle manager in multinational companies, then I have been in the top management in multinational companies and I have chosen the training companies to work with, and I have been also a trainer for my teams.

I confirmed the pain points of the training process by interviewing trainers, managers, and trainees (in multinational companies, training companies, or freelancers), and I have built a tool to help all the stakeholders to increase efficiency and get better results. Much better results!
