This session will show you how to create a human-centred learning culture by taking the journey from formal to informal learning. By doing this, you will not only enhance employee engagement but also improve operational resilience.

L&D has gone through a period of unprecedented change with increased digital adoption, a new hybrid approach to work and the need to adapt in turbulent times. It is also being asked to solve some of the biggest challenges in our workforces with talent retention, skills shortages and employee well-being. So where to start? This session will offer some practical ways to utilise formal and informal learning approaches to create a continuous learning culture, which addresses the needs of employees as well as the needs of the business.
