Ella Richardson is responsible for learning excellence across the Learning Experience team. She leads the Learning Design team, ensuring that our work is cutting edge and delivers sustainable change, by shaping transformational learning experiences, often enabled by emerging technologies.
Geoff Bloom is a Principal Consultant for the Learning Experience team and has worked in learning technologies and learning design and delivery since 1980. He has worked with a comprehensive range of clients across industries to deliver learning content, and define and evaluate a variety of learning strategies.
