With a background in learning design, Helen is a problem solver, insatiably curious and leads with authenticity.
Mark Ward, Co-Founder of Thrive, brings over a decade of experience in Learning Technologies, reshaping how organisations approach learning and development. He has championed contemporary L&D strategies, delivering bite-sized, searchable resources to support time-poor employees while integrating communication with knowledge-sharing and upskilling.
