Big data and digital body language in L&D
Dave Westwood, Fuse Universal
Whilst 90% of the world’s data has been produced in the last 2 years, people are now living more and more digitally every single day. As a result learning organisations are now facing an engagement problem larger than ever before.
This webinar will explore the challenges facing L&D departments in their fight for the time and engagement of their learners. You will hear ideas as to how we can look to marketing for certain direction to provide further value to learners. We will discuss the idea of understanding a learner’s Digital Body Language and the use of learning data to drive engagement. Finally, we will finish by providing ideas for how learning and development can utilise this understanding to enhance experiences with technology, content strategies and offer areas for future research.
- Whilst we are producing more data than ever before: What do we really know about our learners?
- How can we use ideas from marketing to drive engagement with learning?
- What is Digital Body Language and how can an understanding of this allow us to effectively engage audiences with learning?
- What can a next generation learning ecosystem provide us from the perspective of learner understanding?
- How can we utilise this data and understanding to think about the future of learning and development?
