Alan Samuel,
Alan is the head of client solutions for Upside Learning’s learning technology solutions in Europe. He manages and promotes Upside Learning’s portfolio of eLearning solutions and services, and works with existing and new clients to develop a range of eLearning solutions. With over 12 years of eLearning experience, Alan brings with him a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the use of learning technologies in the corporate, education and publishing sectors of the Europe market. He has hands–on experience in working with offshore environments and teams, and has helped a number of Fortune 500 companies to develop their eLearning strategies and build eLearning portfolios. A strong believer in the role of technology in improving and supporting business and individual performance, Alan has been a consultant to multiple business organisations in reorienting their business and eLearning strategies. His wide–ranging career covers stints the fields of IT offshoring, hospitality, media and advertising.
Geera Bellare,
Leading the Instructional Designing team at Upside Learning, Geera boasts of over 11 years of professional experience. As an instructional designer, she has worked on 50+ projects of varying types, covering business and technical simulations, story–based learning, and CBT to WBT conversions. She is proficient in analyzing client requirements and content, defining instructional approaches and course structures, creating storyboards, and reviewing outputs. Besides, her prior experience as a Consultant has exposed her to a range of industries like IT and ITES, education, GIS, manufacturing, and food processing.An MBA from Pune University, India, Geera holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and German from Lawrence University, USA. She has served as a judge for the prestigious Brandon Hall awards in 2007 and 2008.
