PLEASE NOTE: This LSG webinar was meant to take place on Thursday 15 April at 12 pm BST. Due to a technical issue, we have to reschedule it. We will communicate the new date soon.
Are your employees ready to return to work? Some will be happy to, while others may feel disconnected and nervous. Yet employers want all staff to feel valuable members of the team, even after a year’s absence.
In this session, you will learn how The Skills Network (TSN) and Brewdog are looking at supporting staff for life during and after lockdown. Executive Director at TSN, James Earl and BrewDog’s People Director, Karen Bates, will discuss how TSN are supporting BrewDog with retraining and redeveloping their staff.
- What is the Brewdog Academy?
- Plans for now and the future
- Apprenticeships and using the levy
- Accessing government funding to upskill during lockdown and furlough.
