Does anyone have experience of doing an e-learning/learning technology skills audit in a large L&D community (500+ and cross cultures)?
I would be grateful for some initial guidance on
- skill level descriptors (e.g basic, intermediate, expert, etc)
- competency clusters underlying skill levels
- how to measure skill levels (surveys, interviews, etc)
Any useful resources on the web I can tap into?
