In my presentation I looked at two ways that the social pieces could be put together (1) by individuals building their own personal learning/working environment/network (PLE or PLN) and (2) by organisations providing a social media platform for individuals to create a personal learning environment as well as shared learning environments..
How are you using social media in your organisation to support learning and performance support? Are you letting your people self-organise by using individual bits and pieces? Or are you taking a strategic approach and supporting their formal and informal learning with an integrated platform?
